I had a vision to replace a large window with a sliding door making our yard so much more accessible and useful. Scot understood my vision, worked up a plan and did an excellent job in a timely manner. We are very happy with the end result.“

“We made an appointment to have Joe Courtney from Jacob come out to give us ideas for improving safety in our master bathroom. Once he arrived and saw that we have a new home (8 years) and didn't really need a "remodel", he could have just politely left without offering help with our needs. He did NOT just leave! We basically were looking for someone to install several grab/assist bars, but we have expensive ceramic tile walls and didn't want an amateur messing up the tile. He helped us in deciding what we needed, and made phone calls until he also could provide the name of someone who could help us with the installation. Jacob got NO MONEY from the trip to our house today, but as far as we are concerned what they gave us was priceless! It speaks to the company's integrity and character. Joe Courtney cared enough to help us in any way he could. We are in our 80s and will never forget his assistance.
