I had a pair of boots re-soled. Great customer service experience. Boots were promised a certain day, there was a delay. I received a call explaining the delay and received the boots a couple of days later.
Brought my suede leather boots after being repaired by another boot repair business. The previous place did more damage than when brought in originally. Concept shoe repair not only made them look and feel like new, but had excellent customer service!!! We rave to everyone about what an amazing job they did. I wish I had before and after pictures, but I promise you're going to be nothing but pleased with their service and craft!!! They also have great selection for new boots, shoes and shoe products!
I can't recommend Concept Shoe Repair enough. I think it's rare that a business would talk a potential customer out of doing business there for the customer's benefit. Backstory: I took in a pair of leather boots, which are starting to come apart at the seams. As I'm not a shoe expert, I didn't notice the soles also needed repair. I learned the boots are near the end of their life. Instead of just eating my money and fixing the seams, the gentleman behind the counter explained that it may not be worth to just fix the seams -- or even soles. The gentleman presented his thoughts without trying to influence my decision making. My shoes were probably purchased for $75-85....read full review
