I needed to make a duplicate key for an old Mazda that apparently required an embedded chip. After calling around and receiving conflicting information about what kind of key blank I needed, I finally got the right answers (and the lowest bid of 5) from Ben, the owner. He was prompt, laid-back and really knew his stuff. He even had to download and interpret the crazy programming instructions since this was an unusual key, which he did cheerfully and without charging for the extra time. This was a true example of a non-chain, local craftsman and I will always go to him first for anything I need in the future.

Recently purchased our home and needed to have locks changed. After calling around to a few places we found Archway. Their prices were below others so we made appointment and they got us in within few days. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We had one door that had previously given us trouble opening and he fixed that without us even mentioning it. Last minute we asked about our gate locks and what we could do. He took care of those and wasnt bothered by us asking. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very satisfied and would use again in the future. A+++++
