He had tremendous eye pain for a couple days and it kept getting worse. “Odd reading the other reviews because mine was great. I was needing an eye exam and my current set of glasses were showing their age. I made an eye appointment for Sunday, did all the paper work and the visiting doctor was waiting for me. As for the eye exam itself, he was a no nonsese, straight to the point younger guy. He asked, I answered and I was litterally out of the chair within 20 minutes with a new prescription for lenses. I decided to use my old frames, so I was without them for about 6 days. They quoted 8-10 so getting them back sooner than later was nice. Given the other reviews are close to a year old and there's been a change of management, I'd recommend to give them a try.“

“My first time here. Absolutely loved this place. Dr. Bastermajian was friendly and did a meticulous job. I loved Yareli! She made this experience stress free and was super helpful. She helped me pick out glasses and sunglasses and gave me true opinions on how they fit on my face. Yareli went out of her way to call my insurance twice to clarify some issues I was having with my benefits. “The staff at MyEyeDr in Batavia were very knowledgeable, courteous, and have the right personalities for this type of job and dealing with the public (Dr. Burns, Bridget, and Zaida (sp?). There's always someone that will walk into your store that you will never please no matter how hard you try, but I’m sure Bridget will find a way to connect with you. There’s not a lot of eyeglass retailers that carry Oakley or Maui Jim’s, other than LensCrafters. I’ll never go back to LensCrafters now that I have MyEyeDr. Two thumbs up. ??“
