“Mark painted our 1st floor and did an accent wall for us. He was great. I have recommended him over and over. He gave his opinion which helped us pick up the main color for the whole 1st floor. Mark and his team were professional, on time, and so clean! The job was finished right on time. They cleaned up at the end of every day and kept everything very unobtrusive. Not only were they professional but incredibly personable and friendly. My oldest son would look forward to coming home from school to talk to Mark and ask him questions. Mark was very patient and friendly with his many questions. Thank you again, Mark. We look forward to having our cabinets painted.“

“Soots N Ladders performed a free inspection of my chimney, they were much more thorough than other businesses that performed inspections for me and provided a competitive quote. Frank was knowledgeable, respectful, and suggested services based on priority. I was impressed with their work on the exterior, but not the firebox.They rebuilt nearly 10 courses of bricks, built a new concrete crown, and installed 2 new caps within 3 days of work. They did their best to match the original 70-year old brick. They also came back later to weatherproof the chimney. They did not leave a mess in my yard either time.My only quarrel is that their work in the firebox was not as good as the exterior work. As my pictures show, the lintel sealant likely won't prove to be sufficient and the sealant used on the brick, along as where it dripped, are an eyesore.“

“Long post but please read. Back in November 2023 I needed to get a roof put on, so I had the roof put on by Joseph James roofing. Fast forward to March of this year 2024 my roof was leaking. I thought OK it’s just a fluke, It was a terrible rainstorm, but then another rainstorm happened and more water came in. I contacted the sales person and they sent someone out looked at the roof and said it was all OK. The sales person was very dismissive. Another rainstorm came and more water came in this time in two places. The sales guy (he is no longer with the company great decision Joseph James) said my roof was fine, obviously, it wasn’t fine because if your roof is fine, why do you have water coming in in two different places? I paid for a home inspector to come out inspect my roof to see what the problem was. He gave me a very detailed report. I was now ready for a fight, had a lawyer on stand by after all I have interior damage and the possibility of mold. I sent an email attaching the home inspectors report the next day after I sent the email a gentleman named Joe came out to my house early in the morning. Joe was so professional so polite and kind. He went above and beyond, he wanted to make this situation right. Because of Joe, my faith was restored in this roofing company. My situation is not complete yet, but I am waiting for the next rain storm and if I get more water, I’ve been assured that Joe will take care of it and make it perfect.
