Very nasty rude and nasty attitudes at this place! I stopped going because they fired the best lash install girls there. The owner is the rudest, and very unprofessional. Their prices have increased and their service has diminished. All the best techs there are gone!! Their service is not worth the price they charge to install individual lashes! I would not recommend this salon! Trust me, Go someplace else for lashes and eyebrow threading! Save your money and time unless you want to feel unappreciated and poor lousy, lazy service.

Went here to get eyebrow waxed and didn't realized until I got home that my eyelid got burned from the waxing. At 1st I thought it's normal that they didn't put anything after waxing as it was my 1st time going here.. I think the lady knew about it and didn't tell me of what happened and intentionally didn't put anything after waxing coz she knows that it will sting! I talked with the manager the next day and she seemed nice to say sorry for what happened and give advice on what to put on it but if you have staff who doesn't care with customer, I will not recommend going here.

Honestly, If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I'd say it's quite expensive for such terrible service. I got my eye brows threaded and I'm pretty upset with how thin they turned out. Not only to say they gave me a completely different shape that was not very suitable.
