On Thanksgiving morning our furnace went out. I called the company that we normally used, but got no response right away. I called a couple different places and finally got through to Ragano Heating. They were able to come out shortly after I called. Esteban the technician found the problem, but didn't have the part to fix it in his truck. He left and came back with a part that would work and would schedule an appointment later, once they had the correct part. He was there when my family started to arrive for Thanksgiving dinner and he got the heat working just in time. I can't say enough good things about the hard work the team did on my home today. The amount of teamwork and respect that they showed one another was fantastic to see as someone that manages a team as well. I heard so many respectful "yes sir" reactions to requests and I'll admit it's not often I hear that from people in my age range - let alone a decade younger. We bought our first home over 5 years ago and I've lost track of how many people I've had out to ask about the high humidity. Last year because our furnace kept going out and the a/c refrigerant was no longer sold we even replaced both units and I thought that would do the trick.... read full review

Awesome experience with Ragano Heating & A/C installing my new high efficiency furnace. From the owner John, to the crew (Nick, Jerry, Nate & Diego) and the office girls - I felt completely comfortable from start to finish. Great company, great service.
