My mini split was not working I called at like 4:45 pm, my call was picked up was told I would have someone at the house between 8-10 am following day. I was like you don’t know the address, she had it based on prior service call. With the heatwave I did not expect next service or that kind of retention information held. I forgot to mention…they fixed my cooling device and got me back to working from home!! Great ? company!!!
Very professional and knowledgeable, took care of every step of the installation, including covering the floor throughout the work area. Completed the job in a timely manner, also affordable. I highly recommend them.
Great experience overall - called in late afternoon and they still offered same-day service. Tech appeared on time and communicated throughout his inspections. Articulated all we needed to do immediately for whole house fan and AC unit and then in future visits. Fair pricing. Thank you!
