**** was a very professional person. He knew what to do to pacify my landlord maintenance guy. **** also went out of his way to help me move more things out of his way. He was a gentleman and was going to put the stuff back but I told him it was ok that I could do it when the carpet was dry. When vacuuming the dog hairs that came up in the shampooing process, he saw crumbs on my couch and just vacuumed them up. Thanks ****, you made my day.
