Sam did a very nice job installing a new AC unit for us. He communicated any unexpected changes clearly. Sam and his tech were both knowledgable, very friendly, and skilled. They stayed into the evening to get our AC unit up and running after there was a delayed earlier in the day from the supplier of the AC unit.
