I called a couple different places and finally got through to Ragano Heating. They were able to come out shortly after I called. Esteban the technician found the problem, but didn't have the part to fix it in his truck. He left and came back with a part that would work and would schedule an appointment later, once they had the correct part. He was there when my family started to arrive for Thanksgiving dinner and he got the heat working just in time. They came back the following week and installed the correct part as promised and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I already recommended them to a friend.“
