“The crew showed up early and called first. They placed corner protection at every corner so their hoses did mark the walls. I had the older carpet deep cleaned , they use a comercial floor Machine to scrub the carpet. Then spray and suck. Then rake the carpet. The carpet that is newer i just had it sprayed and sucked. I asked to be put on their schedule yesterday but they were booked for the next week, until after July 4th but was told if there were any cancellations, they would let me know. “Had a fantastic experience using Loren Carpet Cleaners to clean some area rugs this week.My poor dog ate something that turned his GI tract into a salad spinner, and he unleashed its fury all over our rug. We did our best to clean it but the rug still had some staining and odor.
