This is a family-owned printer repair business. Loved them! Very reasonably priced. Kent, the repair guy, was very knowledgeable and nice. I contacted them to ask about a broken part of our company color printer and just showed them a photo of it and they were able to determine immediately what it was from the photo. They came out the next day and we had our printer working in no time. Would absolutely recommend to any small or big business. Their office is in Streamwood but they can definitely come to the Loop for repairs.
