This place is very reasonable with their prices and the staff I dealt with were very nice. They charge for cleaning by the size of the rug.When you get there they lay it out and measure and have a preprinted price sheet for the area rugs. I came back a week later and had clean rugs nicely wrapped and tied in paper waiting for me.Wont be back soon because I have no more carpet to clean but have already told people about this place and they are bringing their area rugs to get cleaned.A+ all the wayService: Area rug cleaning
I have used Royale Bezjian to clean several rugs. With smaller rugs, I took them in myself, and you get a discount for doing so. I recently had them clean a larger rug and used their pickup and drop off service. The pick up and drop off service was fantastic- the guys were on time and did a great job. My rug came back so clean and looks great. I definitely recommend this compang for rug cleaning.
I brought in a hand knotted wool and silk Tibetan rug to Royale Bezjian that I gave to my son a few years ago. He is moving across the country and is leaving most of his belongings behind. The rug looked a bit tired, and I considered donating it to Goodwill, but decided instead to snip off the snags and get it cleaned. It looks like new again, and I'm very happy to have it back in my home! :-)
