Right before the big torrential rains hit this summer, I discovered my sewer line was broken and already full of water. Luckily i had insurance. Greg Hannah gave me the most reasonable quote when compared with another big name local plumber so i went with Greg Hannah! Luckily the quote fit within the amount my insurance would cover for the work. Nothing ever happens as fast as ideal but Greg Hannah secured the permits and got to the work as soon as they were able. The work took a few days since my line was deep under the street, but they got down there and did the repairs, taking lots of pictures as well that I could provide to my insurance. Greg Hannah is now my go-to company to call for anything plumbing related! They've done jobs both big and small for me now, from repairing my broken sewer line (buried very deep underneath the street) to locating and repairing a small leak from a hidden pipe leading to my bathroom sink before it became a big problem. The two techs that did that job were quick, hardworking, and respectful of my home and I feel like I paid a fair price. The sewer repair was a fair price too, the cost was quite a bit less (and fit into my insurance budget!) than another big plumbing company had quoted me. I have worked with Hannah for several years now. I first met them when they were called in at the condo I used to own. They did such a good job, I started using them whenever I needed some plumbing work done.They are always professional, clean, efficient, on time and do a great job too. Their prices are reasonable.
