“Unfortunately 1 star is being generous. When I sat in his filthy office he took over 90 min to enter my information and yet we still not done. He asked for additional information which I was able to provide. He never called, sent a message, email nothing as to what the next steps were. I tried calling several times was told he was out of the office was told he was out of the country. Nobody could find me information that I needed to have back so I can go to another office and get my taxes done. I finally got my information after three weeks after I’ve sent you a note stating I want it all my tax information sent back to me. I really don’t think he wants to work and it was a very poor communicator and I think he just needs to retire..“
