“Theresa Webb is a Saint and has gone above and beyond for more people than I can count. She has never been anything but caring, HONEST, and thorough. If you need something she will work to get you taken care of immediately. In a world where most VA doctors tell you that you will need X,Y,Z and they will see you in a few months, Theresa will advocate on the medical side of things to expedite the entire process and her and her team will check up on you along the way.I name dropped her because someone commented she was mean and rude and that's the farthest thing from the truth. My best guess is they ignored her advice and didn't like that she called them on it. She does not cut corners, she is a real honest person.For the rest of the sterling VA clinic, they are absolutely wonderful, accommodating and caring. They are efficient, and the wait times are low for every department.They have been more than willing to outsource my care if they cannot provide it in house.Of all of the VA hospitals and clinics I have been to, this is easily a top 2 location.“
