This company has always responded to service calls the same day. Furnace not working in January, AC in August? They do their best to service your equipment the same day, if at all possible. I'd hire no other company.

My experience with this company was unbelievabl!!!?Response time, knowledge... We had a big problem with our furnace the owner of the company came out diagnosed it within 20 minutes... The combustion heat chamber was cracked this is a very dangerous situation where carbon monoxide can be distributed throughout the house... We had a replacement within 2 days, he was able to get it under warranty as well even though we were not the original owners...thank you Ross.....

was fixing my furnace 4 hours after i called. the owner was very courteous and knowledgeable had my furnace up n running in 2 hours after 2 major things wrong with it. he gave me a discount and even let my kitty sit on his shoulder while he worked. won't go to anybody else!!Service: Heating system repair
