The team at TTS was great to work with. We had 2 small oddball projects that a few other places weren't interested in working with us on. Initially we were looking for some remnants, but the selection of full slabs ended up being perfect for us. It was very helpful to look at the slabs in person and bounce ideas off the team there.
Ultimately the 2 pieces turned out great - one was a replacement top for an end table that was damaged, and the other was a bar sign with a live edge for a wedding. Would gladly work with them again!
Service Representative was great. However, Rheem didn't honor their warranty because my parts had water damage. My furnace still needs work because it wasn't installed properly causing condensation to form inside. My service technician was knowledgeable and noted the problems. My furnace is working well thanks to his diligence. I would recommend Dr. Air.

My driveway was in bad shape, the sealcoating done by another company had lasted only 3 years, my 'dips' were starting to erode thru the asphalt forcing me to add 2 layers of crack fill to stop the erosion. Shawn came to give me an estimate and recommended a double coating of sealant. The first coat he brushed on using a heavy mixture, later in the day when it was dry he sprayed a second layer on. The driveway is now heavily sealed and should be good for many years. The price was reasonable and he was prompt and courteous. I would recommend Sunny for sealcoating and/or repairing your driveway.

‼️ Update 7/12/2024, I spoke with Lynn yesterday about my business and was completely devastated to find out the service guy and one of the installers have left this company and mentioned that the issues with my new furnaces were never addressed she went into my file and saw the notes and I'm suppose to hear back from someone within a week. This merge with Four seasons has affected customers in my eyes as I'm a long time Merts supporter. I'm a business owner myself and Eric was one of a kind‼️ I use Merts for commercial and residential, they are truly amazing, honest, professional from the owner, to the staff in the office, to the employees they send to you. The pricing is amazing as well. You won't go wrong with this company.
