Great service. My furnace quit on a Thursday night. I called them Friday morning about 8:30. She sent a mechanic right over and it was repaired by 10:30.The mechanics were really professional and very friendly. Couldn't ask for any better than that.
I have always been impressed by the wonderful service we’ve gotten with Williams! Each tech that has come to our home has been kind, respectful and so knowledgeable. And we’ve been very happy with our products as well. But Terry really went above and beyond for us today. One of our units is no longer working in this awful heat. He arranged for a tech to come out same day to inspect it and ordered a new unit for us to be installed as soon as possible. And he and his wife absolutely blew us away with their kind offer to come by our house (after hours on a Friday night) with two window units to use in our boys’ bedrooms until the new unit comes! My husband & I have a winter & spring maintenance agreement with Williams. Today, we had spring maintenance for our air conditioning. Jackson Brand, our service technician, definitely a 5 star employee, & James, were very professional, knowledgeable & courteous. They replaced our filter & our contactor. I was very impressed & highly recommend Williams Heating and Air Conditioning.Service: A/C system maintenance
