Really enjoyed my experience here at Versailles Nail Spa. I saw some mixed reviews so I made sure to call ahead of time and make an appointment. Since I was going over my lunch break I wanted to make sure I could get in and out on time. And sure enough it was not busy and was able to be seated right away. Loved the finished look

I've tried this place several times, but it seems almost every single time they took off existing gel polish they would manage to scrape the skin of my fingers and leave them burning for days afterward. At one point one of my fingers started bleeding and the only thing the tech said was "oh, sorry. You have a boo-boo." They also make you wait even when you book an appointment. There were many times I had to wait 20+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time and no one even apologized for the wait. I’ve been going to Versailles Nail Spa for over 4 years now and Kay always does an amazing job. Often I come up with an idea and once I show Kay she works her magic and makes her suggestions and makes my nails look beautiful every time. My cuticles used to be so dry from previous nail biting and once I started doing the dip manicure I got my nails on track. Now I constantly get compliments on my nails thanks to Kay.I also have a history of bad ingrown toenails on my left foot and her team is always so gentle with pedicures.
