As always Mark came through for me!! Not only was it the hottest time of the season, but I also had overnight guests…and it was a Sunday! Mark called me back within half an hour and was at my home early the next morning. He worked his magic and I now have a brand new air conditioner. I have been a long time customer of Mark’s. Now even my neighbors call Shark Heating and Air, because Mark is so thorough, competent, professional and timely. Thank you, Mark!!!

Mark was very responsive, very nice guy, totally knew his stuff, fixed my furnace quickly and for a reasonable price. He even showed me how to fix the same problem myself if it ever happens again. Of course next time it will be something different that falls apart, but at least I know for a fact who I'll call.
