Mike Reichen, the tech who visited me from One Hour Heating and AC on a Sunday WITHOUT expensive, weekend pricing, was direct, honest, and quick in his assessment of my water heater needs. I also appreciate the friendly, quick, and effective office support staffer, Lea Ann who coordinated his visit. Unfortunately, One Hour wasn't licensed to do the work that was ultimately determined the wisest option, so we couldn't contract it. Nevertheless, I would recommend On Hour to anybody!!! We had them work for us last year and they were great!
These guys helped me with an emergency fix on a heat-advisory day. The technician was kind, smart, and efficient. The pricing was reasonable, easy to understand and fair. Would recommend.
Joe, Anthony, and Vlad worked diligently to install our new system. Jeff diagnosed the post installation problems, and Joe and Anthony worked conscientiously to resolve those issues. All is well now.
