Throughout my facial I felt like Sam really cared for helping my skin. Usually my face feels somewhat dry and sometimes I feel my moisturizer just sits on top of it. I left with my face feeling so nicely hydrated and not greasy. My most favorite part was the massage portion, I have been searching high and low for a spa that offers this.
