    Exceptional and safe workout! Love this team! Proven success! Scheduled appointments and results with controlled heavy weight lifting. Monthly scorecards showing weight increase and increasing strength. No injuries, improves muscle and bone health.

    Highly recommend Medfitness for anyone considering to start their strength training journey. This place was recommended to me by my physical therapist and I'm so glad I followed up. Practically one-on-one training, the trainers keep track of your progress and adjust your machines regularly, all machines feel safe to use, and someone is always there to help remind you of your form and to push you further along your goals. I feel stronger and safer in my body since starting here! The personal trainers are absolutely wonderful people. It's a very manageable full body workout, twice a week. Very grateful that Medfitness exists!

    First let me say, it's nearly impossible for me (or anyone!) to find an excuse not to workout only twice a week, 30 minutes each time. I am at MedFitness from May to December and have been on this schedule for many years now. I have osteoporosis and take Prolia. After being on it for 2 years as required, I had my bone density scan. I've heard success stories from everyone who has taken it. I was delighted to hear that I had a 6% increase in bone mass in my lumbar spine and 8% in my femoral necks. My doctor said he was aware of good results with Prolia, but he had not seen numbers as high as mine after only 2 years. He could only attribute my success to my MedFit... read full review
