My wife and I lost our keys and had to get to a Honda dealership on a Sunday to get a new key and get it programmed. We were staying at a hotel with the car in a tight spot. Lonny got here in good time and did an amazing job of getting us out of that tight spot and to the dealership on-time. We already had a AAA tow truck out the day before and that driver was useless. Lonny was a great guy and when my wife and I offered him more money on top of the tow as a gratuity he refused it. A hard working business owner with ethics. That is amazing in this day and age. Hopefully we will never need a tow again, but if we do we will be calling Marshall towing. What a hero he was!!
Came within 15 minutes which was great as it was very cold out. I never write reviews but this was the best overall experience I have ever had with a towing service. Would highly recommend!Service: Car towing
Thanks for trying to actually get my car running before towing it. I understand people are talking about your 'bullying tactics' in other reviews...we are all just trying to get by. You were good to me did your job and were pleasant the entire time. It sucks that I had to pay however much it costs but that's just life. I guess my suggestion is use the service and ask him questions so you know what you are paying for. No damage to my vehicle, solid transfer.
