Visit here frequently and can usually get a quick cut thats affordable. Disappointed that new ownership has changed the policy regarding the coupons they accept. Not sure why this keeps changing.

Very happy with my cut and experience! I was visiting family in St. Charles when I decided that I needed a haircut "right now". I checked in online and upon arrival was greeted in a friendly manner and had about a 3 minute wait. Robert was my stylist, and he was personable, professional and talented. I have paid 5x the price and not gotten a cut this nice. It's been 2 weeks and my cut is still attractive and easy to style. Very positive! I highly recommend Robert and this shop.Thank you!

I have been coming here for years. Always have a decent experience. Today was different. I was greeted by a seemingly frustrated employee after stating I checked in to have my 4 sons get haircuts. My wife checked them in but I showed up seperately with 2 boys prior to my wife. The employee made it a point to share her aggrevation under her breath "thats not how it works" she said? In addition, she asked me to remove my dog. She did this in a very bad way in front of other clients. I did so without question. The dog weighs 4 pounds.... maybe. I am no expert, but I do believe a business needs to acknowledge whether or not this is a service dog by Federal Law. Whats worse,...read full review
