Bina the owner has done my eyebrows twice now and does not disappoint! She is kind and professional. She does such a clean job. she does not miss a single hair! She will first draw them out to get the shape perfect. I love how she gives you a mirror and shows you the progress every step of the way to make sure you’re liking it before she’s done. She’s very talented and listens to what the client wants. I’m very particular and she did such a great job. I have very thick eyebrows and requested to leave them fuller and closer together in the middle and to have a nice arch. (I have a really hard time finding people that can do them exactly how i like it) but Bina did just that!!! (pictures are directly after so they’re a little red which is completely normal for me)

They were able to come the same day I called. Fixed my washer's clogged pump and gave advice on how to avoid problems in the future. It wasn't easy. My machine is used for our physical therapy towels and is bolted to the wall. Perfectly done job! For the work performed, I didn't feel they charged enough.

I cannot recommend One Bridal Company enough. They worked with our morning of schedule, knowing we only had 4 hours to get 10 girls ready (including myself). They sent extra make-up and hair artists. The artists are so kind, bubbly, and listen to what I wanted for my wedding. Michelle was my make-up artist and she was AWESOME, best make-up I have ever gotten done. Amy did my hair and it was absolutely beautiful.

The first time Pamela cut my hair I knew I could trust her to listen to what I wanted and give me a good haircut that would work with my type of hair. #1 Nails is right! Small tucked-away establishment, but great service and great prices. Run by just the owners at least when I was there. I was a walk-in client and only waited about five minutes for service. I got a full set of acrylics from the husband and he was very detailed about the process.
Great customer service and AMAZING nails! I got a deluxe pedicure here which was great and loved. I then got dip done here on my nails as well. At first it wasn’t what I was expecting but after talking with Scott he offered to fix them. I came back in got them fixed and they are AMAZING and everything I expected. Great experience. I'm a long time client so excited for the new suite in an amazing location. We were able to have a great conversation while coloring, cutting, and styling with privacy and without interruptions. It is a very laid back and comfortable vibe. Parking is easy. Rylee is a genius with color and really specializes in brunette colors with texture. She also does amazing work with blond coloring. She is personable and can put anyone at ease!!! Always satisfied!! She takes great care to use vegan friendly products too!

Had the absolute BEST manicure and pedicure of my life with Kellie!! I am 9 months pregnant and wanted to treat myself before baby comes and Kellie more than delivered. I've never had an experience as relaxing, comforting, and unique. I can't imagine ever going back to a more conventional mani/pedi. The products used were phenomenal and not only smelled incredible but left my skin and nails feeling amazing. The actual space is so beautiful and so peaceful as well! We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and Gabriel came to the rescue. We had a leak with the main water source that entered into our house. He worked with the village to get our water turned off and installed a brand new (and stronger ) pipe in a very timely manner. We couldn’t be more thankful to get everything back up and running. Just a fantastic experience all the way around. Keith from Wagner Plumbing came out, and solved an old problem we had with a garage spigot. We had another plumber tell us in the past, there was nothing they could do with it. Keith was thorough, created a good solution, and we ended up with a perfect outcome. He was also worked and left the area clean, and took us through the steps of what he was doing, and was one of the best plumbers we have ever worked with. We know where we are going for Plumbing in the future!

The hardwood floor installation from this company was flawless. The team was professional efficient and the results exceeded my expectations.
We are pleased with the floors. The St. Charles staff were very helpful. My hope is the 2 gentleman who lugged all the equipment and spent days working hard to make the installation perfect, do receive a fair wage. That's one reason we avoid big box and non-union stores when possible.
Ritchie Floors did a beautiful job restoring our hardwood floors back to what they looked like 15 years ago. They clearly explained the restoration schedule and kept us abreast each step of the way. We've worked with Mosquito Authority (M.A.) for a few years and they are great. Since they started spraying we can enjoy being outside without bug spray for the first time. Their spray has no smell. Bonus- we have almost no Japanese Beetles or Wasps. Prior to M.A. my garden was infested with the beetles and the wasps were terrible. Wonderful service and company.

I barely waited a minute or two before being seen.I do wish they had an emergency phone number to call during off hours or on days when they are closed... Thankfully, they’d given me a referral to a local periodontist that was able to assist in my emergency situation.

I don't normally leave a review for Doctors....or Dentists. However, Dr. Mason is top-notch as is one the the office's Dental Hygienists, Angela. I was a patient of Dr. Mason many years ago and when I moved further West, stopped seeing him. HUGE mistake and I have returned over the past 4 years or so. Friendly, knowledgeable and he won't try and sell services you don't truly need.....like so many other offices do.I have had dozens of different Hygienists over the years, but Angela is friendly, gentle and thorough.
I can't say enough about the team at Advanced Physical. They are not only educated and focused on your treatment, but they rally behind you to keep you motivated and care about you and your progress. Everyone works together, from the PT floor, to the massage therapists, to the doctor team. It's a friendly and professional environment and I am happy I was referred there. I can not recommend Fox Valley Chiropractic Physicians enough!!! Dr. Glesener and the wonderful staff are dedicated to healing and improving quality of life. I was referred to Evolve from a friend and it has changed my way of thinking towards chiropractor care. I was in a car accident in 2015 and my lower back was injured. I received treatment after the accident and it didn't bother me for years. One day I went to a trampoline place and made the "smart" decision to jump in the foam pit with my two year old daughter. 1st Place Chiropractic is great - Dr K saved me from having to have surgery (which was scheduled) but before surgery I was introduced to 1st Place, had my adjustment(s) and canceled the surgery! The whole team is helpful, caring, friendly, and works around your schedule to get you into to see the doctor. I am so grateful I was introduced to NUCCA, it is definitely much better than surgery...Oh, by the way, the pain is gone!

This is a great chiropractic office. They were able to help with my knee pain after months of treatments elsewhere that were not working. All of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Anita works magic and has helped me on different occasions with pain. She’s not pushy with treatment and wants you to feel better. Her office is cozy and she always greets me with a warm smile! I had my initial appt for my dog with Dr. Golden. My dog is almost 11 years old and has been with the same vet her whole life so changing was difficult. Dr. Golden was very warm, knowledgeable and welcomed my dog with open arms. The rest of the staff was also very welcoming. I feel confident this change will go well.
At my last appt I saw Dr. Amy with Jasmine. She was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Thanks Dr. Amy!

Cannot say enough about the wonderful, caring staff and doctors at Gateway! VERY dedicated to helping your pet like it's their own. Old fashioned respect for you and your pets, very good communication and follow through whenever you need anything. They have really gone above and beyond for my sweet boy, currently a cancer patient. Many calls to my home after hours by his vet, the practice owner, working tirelessly to make sure we had the best plan of action - and many hours of research and communication with other specialists on my pets behalf. You will feel like your dog or other pet is the only one they see. Amazing front desk staff as well , just really good people who care.
Dr. Ammon has cared for my family’s dogs since 1997, when we moved to the area. And even now that I live 6 hours away, I still bring my dogs to him for anything beyond routine medical care provided by my local vet.
He is caring, compassionate, thoughtful; he always explains things clearly and thoroughly; he has referred us to specialists when the issue was out of his wheelhouse; and I have always appreciated his candor and honesty when difficulties came up.
My Malamute Sasha had many medical issues over the years, and I believe the excellent care she received at Animal House contributed to her long life (13 years). (Sasha saw many vets at Animal House over her lifetime and they were all fantastic, but she especially loved Dr. Ammon.)
The administrative staff and vet techs are very friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone there clearly cares deeply about animals.

Our 6 yr old had his annual check up. Dr Amy is very enthusiastic and wonderful with our poodles. It felt like a thorough and thoughtful health check

Dr. Oriold and the rest of the team were great with regularly touching base with me when my dog was undergoing treatment for his congestive heart failure. They were also very accommodating when I needed same day appointments.
Our dogs (Bear & Luna) LOVE Priscilla. they used to hate going to the groomers, to the point where they were expressing severe distress and panicked behavior when we would take them. now, when we get to Priscilla's house they can't even hold their excitement in to see her. they run out of our car and go straight to her. Priscilla has also boarded our dogs many times, including one time for over 15 days straight. there's nobody else I would trust with my dogs other than Priscilla. she loves them like her own, and truly CARES about their wellbeing. It takes so much stress off us knowing our dogs are in good hands with her. I recommend her to everyone I know.

I love this location! Located in downtown St. Charles it's such a cute area. Initially I was a little nervous how the parking situation would be, but to my delight there is a free public parking garage, which makes life so much easier. I'm able to take classes via Class Pass and I love it. The staff is so friendly and what I particularly like is they never pressure you to create a membership with the franchise itself. Unfortunately, for many of my class pass classes that has been my experience. I get it, you want to build loyal customers but no one wants to be pestered. I have no issues being pestered here. You walk in, check in with front desk, put your belongings away, grab whatever materials you'll need for class that day and get settled in. No hassles. The classes are challenging but not impossible, which is exactly what I was looking for. Because of my work, I kinda just pick a day of the week that best works for me. Because of this I have had 3 different instructors and all have been phenomenal. They are patient, helpful, and knowledgeable! It's important to note that grippy socks are required for each class, they sell some at the facility, but it's probably cheaper to buy it via Amazon! The facility is always spotless and well taken care of, you are absolutely going to love this place!

I got a Thai Massage with Linda and the instant I walked into her studio I was greeted with a relaxing atmosphere. After filling out her intake paperwork and discussing how the session would go, we jumped right into the massage. Linda was communicative with me throughout the session to make sure that I was comfortable. Right after the session I felt so much better and Linda even followed up with me a few days after my massage to see how I was doing.
I like this massage shop very much. The environment is very warm and the boss is very enthusiastic. It's great!

I truly feel like Genevieve and the Sacred Earth team saved me from a very, very scary time. I had just been diagnosed with Bells Palsy and had zero movement in the left side of my face. I couldn’t blink my eye or even talk properly because I couldn’t bring my lips together. Not knowing anything about it, I took to Google and learned that many people had seen full healing through acupuncture. I reached out and received a message back immediately confirming that Genevieve had successfully worked with Bells Palsy patients in the past and made an appointment for a few days later. I was entirely new to the world of acupuncture, and was so embarrassed even to be out in public but Genevieve was so kind and thorough. She explained what was happening with my facial nerves and what we could do to expedite healing. Sure enough, after a couple of weeks, I started to see movement in my face. Particularly on evenings after acupuncture, I would notice twitching and tingling and would wake up with progress the next day. It was like magic. I know people who haven’t recovered fully from Bells, and I am so thrilled to be fully back to myself. I can walk pain free, working out, and performing my job without fear of hurting myself.
