My wife, who passes, was from Havana. We lived out of state and I did all of my work with Audrea, of Havana Monuments , via email/texts/phone conversations. Audrea did an excellent job during the entire process and the grave stone looks great, and was done exactly as I ordered it.I did not "shop" around but working with Havana Monuments was extremely satisfying during a trying time in my life.

Dealing with death in a family isn’t very easy. Eric made it very easy and fast. It’s not an everyday thing you pick out a loved one’s head stone, but I surely do appreciate how my family and myself was treated. Thank you Eric and Springfield Monument for all your wonderful work!

We recently used Springfield Monument for my mother's gravestone. This was the second time we had used them.They were very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend using Springfield Monument. We will be using them in the near future to preplan for our own burial services.
