I hate finding a new hair cut place. When i moved to Springfield I went to Sport Clips because I met the stylist when she was a customer at my workplace. I'm sooooo glad I did. Allie S is the most incredible stylist. She does my hair and beard. Asks all the right questions to make sure she is getting it right, and has repeatedly done a GREAT job. She is polite and personable all the time and makes it easy to relax in her chair. Price wise, yes there are cheaper places around, BUT, you get what you pay for and Allie does a great job every time. More than that, Allie has earned my trust. I trust her to make me look good. I really like this location and the Decatur one. They take good care of their customers and that's why wait times can be pretty long sometimes. They won't rush you through a MVP experience just because there is a full waiting room. I haven't managed to find a regular yet because my schedule is all over the place but I always have a good experience regardless. The only thing I'm confused about is when I check in on the app it says to go into the store and let them know I'm there. When I do they seem confused and I don't see other people do that. Is that an unnecessary step? If I don't do it then the board will say I'm not in store... read full review
