Koke Mill: Hours on the website were stated as 8:00 am--8:00 pm. Stated in another place that they stopped checking in patients at 7:30 pm. I arrived around 7 pm. I was told that they were not checking in more patients for the evening. I was further told by an RN that since my issue was orthopedic in nature, they would not be able to help me. However, it clearly states on the website that orthopedic issues are something that Urgent Care addresses. I was sent home in pain and in tears, hoping that I could get through the night with this much pain. I like memorial. This specific location usually has kind and caring staff members. I haven't had many issues other than the occasional long wait time but that is to be expected sometimes. Drive thru lab testing is convenient and helpful. The back and forth between the triage room and the waiting room can be a little annoying but definitely better than sitting in an ER waiting room. Communicate with the staff as best as you can so they can try to help you.

My wife took my son to their drive through lab here today. My twin sons were swabbed for strep since our 5yo has strep. After the swab, one of my 3yo sons threw up snot and started to choke on it in the parking lot in clear view of the drive through RN's/LPN's/Lab Techs. He was not breathing and my wife had to do back blows in the parking lot OUTSIDE OF THE VAN. None of the employees even cared that my son was choking on his own vomit. My wife could not yell for help as she had no voice from the same virus the twins have. Thank God my wife is an RN, otherwise my son would have really been in a bad way as the employees did nothing.
