He was also patient (he came out to my house at least three times to answer my questions) and did not pressure me in any way. My project started on schedule and, given its complexity and size, was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Sutton’s crews were courteous, professional, and worked long hours. They did a very good job keeping things well organized and tidy. Sutton’s employees are clearly well trained and know what they’re doing. “Update 3/27/24 Aaron contacted me after my last review. He explained there was a miscommunication with him and his employees. Aaron personally came out and finished the job and fixed the leak. Thanks Top It All for coming back and making it right.
Poor service they left the facia exposed and we had them replace the roof on the screened in porch as well and it leaks it was an extra $3000. Called Aaron serval times he says they will be out next week is his usual response and never shows. Been dealing with this since January. Find someone else to give your money to who actually does quality work. Also they did a horrible job cleaning up found many roofing nails on the ground and some pieces of sheet metal and didn’t put the bird bath or planter box back. They are very unprofessional and pretty close to going to smalls claims court.“

“I can’t recommend Brandon and his crew highly enough. He’s an extremely nice guy, easy to talk to, and what I ended up with was exactly what I wanted. His crew is a solid unit and very professional. They replaced my entire roof down to the rafters in two days, and even worked in a little roof over my front and back doors, which I added as an afterthought. They just did a great job on everything, they were great to work with, and their price was just over HALF of what a competitor quoted me. “Once I decided I wanted my 3 season room changed to an all season room, I knew what I wanted, but had a hard time putting it down on paper. I went and spoke with Dennis at Griffiths Construction and he came and viewed the area. He came up with ideas and suggestions that allowed me to add what I wanted to make my dream room.
He saw suppressed wood for walls, giving me a cabin feel all year round. I am actually looking forward to sitting in the room and watching it snow. The windows are easy to open/close to get a breeze. It is climate controlled. He laid the flooring; he allowed me to add this to the plans mid-project as other contractors could not meet cost nor timing needs. He allowed me to add another door to the plans as well.
Dennies checked on me constantly to make sure this room was what I wanted and up to standards.
His teams of contractors made sure they checked with me on what they were doing and I was pleased with the outcome of their work. They all treated the job as if they were working on their own home. I was able to call Dennis direct with any concerns.
I would 100% recommend anyone go to Grifliths for home remodel needs. They are a cut above in all they do! Thank you Dennis and team!
