i called here with little hopes since i had been to other salons & calling around looking for someone who could help me fix my hair at a reasonable price. destinee answered the phone & was amazing from the start. not only did she fix my hair, she copied and achieved the EXACT color from the picture i showed her without having to do all the other extra services the other salons said i needed. she did that by mixing together different colors like a true artist. everything turned out perfect. her customer service was perfect. the atmosphere & vibe from the whole place & other stylists was perfect. i will never go anywhere else again🩷

I so love going to Salon Ten31 and even though this is only my second time, I have found the staff there is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about cutting, styling and coloring hair. They truly love what they do and it shows not only on all of the faces of the stylists but also on their clients faces. Such a wonderful place to have your hair cut, styled and colored just the way you want it. Kim is my stylist and I hit the jackpot when I discovered her. Her expertise in stylying hair and endearing personality makes for a lovely experience. Anyone who is in need of wonderful stylist should look no further than SalonTen31 and you will be so happy you did.?‍♀️?

love this place! lindsey does my hair...after much hesitation about letting ANYONE touch my hair, i went off of a coworker's recommendation & gave lindsey a chance...i expressed my hesitation to lindsey, she was awesome! she handled me with 'kid gloves'...that was over 2 years ago! i DO NOT hesitate to sit in her chair & let her cut, no questions asked! that, in & of itself, speaks volumes!! several months ago, i was introduced to lori, the salon's esthetician...she does eyelash extensions...which is my newfound addiction!! i LOVE my lashes!! i get compliments on them all the time!! she charges $75 for the 1st set and, just recently w/in the last week she's raised her prices to $40 for the fills...doesn't matter, i'll still pay it! so whether ur going to lindsey for ur hair or lori for eyelashes, u won't be disappointed!
