With good reviews I engaged Roberts to install a channel drain in my concrete driveway thinking they were honest brokers but I was sadly wrong. They started the work,took my money, never finished and now will not respond to my messages knowing they defrauded me. Prospective customers of this firm should be aware that this 33 year old man, Robert A Sidener, is of highly questionable character having repeated problem over the years with the law as evidenced by his long rap sheet with Sangamon County, Illinois circuit court. I write to warn the community.

I regrettably engaged Roberts to install a channel drain system in my drive in September 2022 .based upon some good reviews. Robert Sidener, the owner, and his brother started the work, did nit finish first day, took my money with repeated assurances the would return next day to finish,but never showed and refused to respond to my messages as expected given that they defrauded me. These two brothers are in my mind of highly questionable character and would never engage with them again. I would further note that owner Robert has a long rap sheet in the public records at the Sangamon county circuit court giving further negative evidence of his lack of honest and moral character....read full review
