“I own two sober living homes for men in Springfield. A technician came to my oldest building for a Spring check and informed me that the rooftop a/c unit was 50 - 60 years old. Red flag that it needed replaced. Found out also that part of the duct work was actually made of wood...another red flag. Jamie from HRCO came out and gave me a quote within a few days. I did my due diligence and got 4 other quotes to compare. Two of the quotes were within $100 of HRCO's, two other companies didn't follow through to give me quotes. I awarded the work to HRCO and they were installed within 2 days. My first CWLP bill saved me $150 and the second (September) saved me $100. Bryan came to quickly unplug a couple of drains for us, and replaced a kitchen faucet, but also gave us a requested estimate on replacing our two elderly gas water heaters. They were replaced within a week of being ordered, and Bryan returned to install them without much mess and no fuss. He explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up before he left. “Restoring well-water service was provided professionally and promptly (on the heels of another company Not answering follow-up calls). A broken (frozen) well-pump was replaced, and trouble-shooting ensued as it was not functioning properly once replaced. Jordan worked hard at finding the cause, and championed it after investing his own time to figure it out, and reset the pump to function properly. He wrapped up the work by redesigning and repairing plumbing lines so this mishap would not be repeated, but could be avoided by some simple maintenance I could do. Much of the work was in a mud basement—old fruit cellar—tight and not very pleasant conditions. He trouble-shot a couple other minor issues, along with Steve helping, the 2nd day.There are truly not enough words of thanks to say for the great (albeit grungy) work that was done. His expertise applied repairs that I could not have done on my own, which restored water to my home, and left it functioning Better than it had been.I believe Jason reflects the principles of this company, which seems to operate with the old-fashioned, country values of helping out a neighbor in a reasonable, cost-effective manner.Will definitely call them for help with any future needs (that will hopefully be a lot more tidy)!Services: Toilet repair“
