“Thank you!! We recently had to make the decision to let our Chi Chi go, this little girl abandoned (2011 )came into me and my kids life at the most needed time, she needed us, and we needed her. As time went on, this little feisty chihuahua started to decline more and more.. Laketown helped us make that life assessment decision and gave us such ample time alone with her to grieve and say good bye. Thank you all Laketown staff ❤️“
“The friendliest staff I felt welcomed and cared for immediately. So patience with my dog , took the time to put him and me at ease. He suffers with allergies. They answered every question and welcomed any others I may have. Extremely knowledgeable I learned so much and he's doing amazing. Thank you!“

2525 E Sangamon Ave, Springfield“I have drop off my cat Eren here for two weeks. When I came back he was well fed (got a little chubbier). The staff is reliable, friendly, and always pick up the phone when I called to check in on Eren. However, his paws were dirty which made me wonder if he was in his litter box most of the time. Overall, I do recommend the place.“

“WOW (White Oaks West Animal Hospital) is just that.... WOW! We take our two cats and three kittens there. We are always extremely pleased with the love and attention our human/fur face family gets from the reception area to the techs to Dr. McLaughlin, our vet. We recommend this animal hospital to everyone.“
