I’ve been coming here for almost a year now. I love the environment and the staff. Everyone is so kind and informative. After my sauna session I usually do the “cold plunge”. This is a great add on and you should check it out. I usually end my session with a lotus energy. This is the perfect spot for a complete self care day.

This place is such a great spot to relax and heal. I’ve had good experiences every time I have a sauna session and have noticed my skin improving. The owner is so sweet and helpful. There is a small boutique area with clothes and self care products, along with various drinks. They have a selection of lotus drinks that are delicious and energizing. I recommend this place for sure!

I love to come here on a rainy or windy day, or even just to have a little self care time. The way it's decorated inside is *chefs kiss* . The owner is soo lovely and always makes you feel welcome. Get the Beach Vibes organic lotus flower drink, close your eyes and you'll feel like your laying on some tropical beach on vacation!Highly recommend!Fleur.
