Ok, 1st things first! The ladies here are absolutely ahhhhmayyyzing! Having PCOS since 13 [now in my mid 30s] & having unwanted body hair I've always felt judged. NOT HERE YALL...NOT HERE! 2 sessions in as of today. After my 1st one, I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at how long it would take to NOT see any hair.... I WAS a daily shaver to now skiping daysssss..WHATT! Never in life did I imagine waking up, and not shaving. This process is well worth every penny! Was a bit nervous before my first treatment but with a staff like they have at the Springfield location I was at ease in minutes and look forward to have more done soon. Thanks guys!!!!

Whole staff is amazing! Always adds counter pressure when I need it to make each appointment as comfortable as possible and always works with my schedule to make sure I can make my next appointment in a timely manner!
