Greg Johnston provided excellent service and explanations during his check of our A/C unit. I am satisfied with the expertise and professionalism he provided and trust Mike Williams for future A/C and heating needs.
Ryan has been assigned to a few different jobs over the last 2 months or so. He has been helpful, professional, & considerate of all the requests & concerns. All options were throughly explained for each job. Work was completed in a timely manner & including cleanup.
This is all appreciated when I’m juggling work & home responsibilities. Highly recommend as a technician.
I'm so pleased with my service at Mike Williams. They were so helpful when I called to schedule and were flexible with the times I had available, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and sent a text in advance with the picture of the technician. The technician, Josh, let me know what the cost would be before getting started and got right to work getting our drain working again. It now works better than it has since we moved in!
