Snotty staff. Misinformed. I had a workman's comp claim. I fell and hit my head; my employer wanted a UA, front desk asked why would your employer call it in? Acted as if I was stupid. Arrogant. I love my doctor but the office staff is much to be desired. She said MOHA does that. I happen to know that my doctor also does that and always have. The attitude is how the patient sees the whole place and we are not being difficult expecting respectful treatment. I wasn't difficult; they were. Where's the respect? I gave 2 stars because I love my doctor but the staff didn't earn it.

While the wait was long (cold and flu season), the care was excellent. The NP I saw was very caring and took her time to listen intently. The staff really went above and beyond to get me on the road to feeling better.

I don’t normally make reviews, but this location was very dirty. It seemed as if they hadn’t dusted anything in years. All the tables in the waiting area were crusty with various fluids. Many of the employees seemed far from healthy. For it being a healthcare facility, it’s concerning.
