Right across the street from the Old Capitol building. It's in a good location for many of the downtown dining options. This building has been around a while - that means it's old. So old, in fact, that women's restrooms are not on every floor. It's handing to be connected directly to the Subway (restaurant, not mode of transportation) via the lobby.
