Amazing place to go for your health needs the nurses r super amazing,very informational on whats gonna go on Dr Fullerton great doctor an very nice I would recommend him to anyone he does a great job all around.

Just left this place with our son (2) who had to have surgery. The customer service was amazing from the reception desk, nurses, cafeteria staff and everyone in between. It's hard to make a 2 year old be cooperative and not scared and all the nurses made sure to go above and beyond to make him happy and comfortable. Plus they seem to have a good communication program set up between staff.

the staff there go overboard to make you feel comfortable while you're being taken care of I highly recommend if you need any procedures any doctors or anything like that that you go to hshs they bend over backward to make you feel like you are a part of their family

HSHS St. John's Pavilion houses providers with Springfield Clinic's Cancer Center, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Optometry, Rehabilitation Services, Trauma Surgery, and Urology Departments.The Pavilion has a separate entrance from St. John's Hospital. Patients seeing Springfield Clinic providers at HSHS St. John's Pavilion are welcome to use complimentary valet parking services (available Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. - 5 p.m.) or park themselves at two dedicated parking areas.Patients can park in two dedicated parking areas: the parking lot east of the circle drive on the corner of Madison and 9th Street or in the Mason Street Parking Ramp located one block west on Mason between 6th and 7th Streets.
