My first visit was 04/11/19 for s pedicure. I received mediocre service. The pedicure was just basic although I paid for the lavender. The nail tech spoke NO English and it was just difficult communicating with her. I called the next day and spoke with Gulden the owner and she assure me that they normally provided stellar service. I told her I wanted a shellac manicure and she said come in at 5:30 pm and she would personally do my nails. Well she was the WORST and unprofessional. She had me wait while she did another customer nails. I had an appointment. Once she got to me she didn't even cut my cuticles, she did a horrible job filling and shaping my nails.
