Should’ve listened to the reviews but I didn’t because I know people that had it done by her and they were fine. I am permanently scarred all over my face. Don’t do it. It’s not worth it!

I have permanent scarring from my one session here. I brought up several times during my session that I was worried something was wrong, but was assured the bleeding was normal. It it now two and a half months later and my face is scarred in the pattern of a beard. Everytime I see my face now it makes me want to cry.

Denise Wend at Flawless Finish Electrolysis permanently scarred my face. It has been months, and it is still difficult for me to look at the damage to my face in the mirror. PLEASE do NOT go to Denise Wend at Flawless Finish for electrolysis. I had gone to her years ago, and she did a great job. I have friends and relatives who had a good experience with her years ago too. I trusted her because I had good results when I went to her before. From talking to others in Springfield and the other two reviews listed here, I think she is scarring every client she sees now.I had too much scabbing from my first visit.
