We can recommend David Roberts Heating & AC as a great company. Last March our old heating & AC unit gave out during a cold week. They recommended two choices for a replacement system and installed the system very quickly and efficiently. They took the time to help us choose the right unit and talked about its use and maintenance after they were done. A year of use has proven that they recommended the right unit for our house. We requested maintenance today and they got here very quickly. You can trust them for a good job at a fair price.
I was referred to Roberts by an HVAC tech that operates in Bloomington IL. Justin and his dad David came out and provided me a quote which was substantially less than the quote I received from 2 other well known Springfield company. Justin went out of his way to go over the work that would be done and answer all of my questions. When the day came to install the furnace and AC both Justin and David were there along with a couple others of their team. They did a great job with the install and spent a good amount time going over the new system with me. I highly recommend their services if you are in the market for a new HVAC system.
