I have used them several times in several situations and they have always been reliable and competent. They most recently installed a new air conditioner. The unit is the appropriate size, and seems very appropriate for my home.

They have been a life saver this year! We have a very old 24 unit building that has a boiler and water heater system that is almost as old. When the hot water system went out this fall, they were one of the few people in town who knew how to work on it, and the only company who made an emergency visit instead of trying to put us out two weeks.With all of the replacement parts and labor I was dreading the quote. Especially, because we had no choice but to have the work done right then.
