Used to get such good service here. But now, most of their best nail technicians have left. The last 3 times I’ve been there, I have had under-trained men who cannot speak English. Basically, they soaked my feet and didn’t do the full-service manicure. I have tipped generously but it doesn’t help. They ask you when you walk in what it is you want. As soon as I say “regular mani/pedi”, I get treated poorly. They just don’t seem to care unless you are there to spend a lot of money on their special services. Even though it’s a short drive from my home, I’ll have to find a new nail salon.

They over lines my nails with nail polish and it looked horible, also they go really rough with the nail file and it hurts so bad, I had to tell him multiple times to go gentle. 2 starsService: Acrylic nails

i went to get my nails filled bc i have acrylics and i was not happy when i left. my nails are uneven and super thick. normally i’m not the one to complain but this rlly got on my nerves. and it cost ?36 to get my nails filled! that’s how much it should cost to get them put on. i’m not planning on coming back
