Spring Valley Chiropractic has helped me get my back pain under control like no one else has. From my time in the military, I suffer from some abnormal pain. I have tried acupuncture and physical therapy, but the pain persisted. After just one visit, I was able to sleep restfully and wake up with no pain for the first time in over ten years. With a combination of deep tissue massage, adjustments, and coaching through physical exercises to keep things aligned, I now feel better than I have in a very long time.
