They did a great job of not only installing the water heater, but assisting with hooking it up to the whole house humidifier.The other part that was a net positive is that they came specifically for the job that was called for. Some places end up having someone come over and suddenly spring a full house inspection when you just called them for a sink install and then want to sell a bunch of things that aren't needed.“
