We used David to refinish our hard maple floors. He was very knowledgeable, and thorough. We had some issues with our wood floors immediately after sanding due to extreme humidity and temperature changes. David was informative, and patient. He suggested we wait a couple more weeks to make sure the floor reached a normal state before continuing with the process. I believe most companies would have continued on, just to complete the job, knowing there would be issues later on. He actually cared about our floors and took great pride in the finished product. I have been a longtime customer of Totallywood Flooring. I first met David in 1996 while he was accomplishing a small-scale hardwood install during the new construction phase of my home. Being fully pleased with his work and his work ethic, I've maintained contact with him ever since...and throughout the past 27 years have hired him on several occasions to install hardwood throughout the remaining rooms in my home.
